How do you fly a Quadcoptor? Use your brain!

Anytime I come across something that has previously been in sci fi movies but seems so unrealistic to ever be real, but humans are making huge steps to making it become a reality, I get a lot excited.

This is one of those times!! Biomedical Engineering Professor, Bin He, at the University of Minnesota and his students are working on using a brain activated interface to fly a quadcoptor, with hope to help understand how we can use the brain to move electronic objects and let disabled people be able to control wheelchairs and artificial limbs. This is really exciting developments for the future.

Even when the ‘bad guys’ (or the ‘good guys’ before they become ‘bad guys’) get to using this technology for evil, it will still be amazing!!
